Personal Training

We offer Personal Training services for all levels of ability and experience. We promise to meet you wherever you are at and take you to the next level in your fitness journey. Clients come to Victorious Fitness because:
  • We conduct clinical joint assessments to gather objective data (on your movement capacity) and guide the process of exercise selection.
  • We will train you at your desired intensity in an encouraging manner.
  • Accountability to show up and get one step closer to your goals each session.
  • Personalized workouts tailored to you and your needs.
  • Implementation of proper regressions/progressions so you avoid injury & never hit a plateau.
  • Rehabilitation of any injuries/aches and pains.

*We offer 1 on 1 Sessions as well as Group Specials

Special Population

This type of training is designed for anyone who needs special consideration. Whether you’re recovering from a specific injury, elderly struggling with balance or gait issues, living with diabetes, dealing with osteoporosis or a pre/post-natal mother looking to get in/back in shape, we will use sound judgment to treat each unique situation.

Please don’t think your situation is too difficult to handle – we are committed to helping you overcome any unique fitness challenges you might have!

Sports Specific

We have worked with all types of athletes from a wide range of sports backgrounds. Whether you are: an NCAA athlete looking for off season performance training, a Gymnast who needs extra conditioning, a Cross-Fitter who wants to work on their handstands or a casual Tennis/Golf player looking to be pain free and up your game; Victorious Fitness can take you to the next level!

Youth

Ideally the best time to start building a strong fitness foundation is in your youth. We take the time to really teach our younger clients how to control their own bodies before we ever tack on external loads (weights).  Making it fun and applicable to whatever their hobby/sport is we have helped youth clients from ages 7-17 to get fit and have fun in the process. We are passionate about giving our youth the tools they need to be fit for life!
